Something Old, Something New
To the
casual observer, and in a lot of images, this costume won't look very
different to the previous few, but there are differences, mainly
combining the last few costumes into a cohesive whole, after Zoe
decides her last look was a little "too cute". This costume
didn't last very long in the great scheme of things, going away only a
few months later when Zoe, and others, emereged from the mysterious
anomaly changed in various ways. For the months before that,
there was only a page here or there of the team sent to the anomaly
being awed by it, so this is likely one of the smaller official costume
galleries here.
- The official change into this new
costume.
- The actual first appearance of
this uniform,by Alan Davis for a poster insert in L* #50.
- Pin-up poster from Legion Secert
Files & Origins #1, by Barry Kitson.
- Image from a poster featuring
almost everyone, by Phil Jiminez in SF&O.
- The first roll-call image with
this costume. Gee, I wonder why Star Boy is so happy?
- Flying along to a mission, same
as above.
- A very surprised Zoe. See
what I mean about being hard to see the difference?
- Why are they using a transport?
No flight-rings?
- Zoe deftly avoiding a blast of
lightning.
- A small pic from the Legion's reunion
with their lost members. Zoe is naturally interested in the power
ring of Green Lantern Kyle Rayner.
- A slight variation on the uniform.
Zoe added a cape to it for the reunion celebration.
- Another small image, here for the
cape.
- Zoe encounters Monstress's
gratitude.
- Is she floating her hair as usual,
or is it from XS passing by?
- Nifty pic of Kinetix with Cosmic
Boy.
- A simple head-shot of Zoe.
- Nudge nudge, wink wink, know what
I mean?
- Quite nice full-body shot of Zoe getting
into her transuit.
- She's reached the anomaly and is
enthralled by it.
- From a story that takes place prior
to the Anomaly trip.
- Another image from the same.
Both by Todd Nauck.
- Back to the Anomaly, still
enthralled. This power-lust is gonna bite her in the ass someday.
- The end of this look, and series
of looks. And the biting begins.
